Dra. ROCÍO IVETTE LÓPEZ ROA
Resumen curricular:
La Dra. Rocio Ivette Lopez Roa es Química-Farmacobióloga de formación con un Doctorado en Ciencias Biomédicas. Obtuvo la beca “Matsumae International Fundation de Japón”, del año 2005 al 2006, realizo trabajos de posdoctorado en epidemiología molecular en el Laboratorio de Regulación Sanitaria del “National Institute of Health” en Tokyo. Profesor Investigador y Jefa del Departamento de Farmacobiología, participa en los posgrados: Doctorado en Ciencias Biomédicas y Doctorado en Nutrición Traslacional del CUCS. Su línea de investigación es la búsqueda de moléculas de origen natural en la modulación de respuestas inflamatorias de enfermedades metabólicas. Cuenta con 21 artículos indexados en el JCR y tiene 1287 citaciones. Es miembro del cuerpo académico, Farmacología traslacional UDG-CA-1061, pertenece al Sistema Nacional de Investigadores, Nivel I.
