Dra. ALMA YOLANDA ALANÍS GARCÍA
Resumen curricular:
Alma Yolanda Alanís García es Profesor-Investigador y Directora de la División de Tecnologías para la Integración Ciber-Humana del Centro Universitario de Ciencias Exactas e Ingenierías de la Universidad de Guadalajara. También es miembro del Sistema Nacional de Investigadores en el Nivel 2 y miembro de la Academia Mexicana de Ciencias desde 2017. Cuenta con reconocimiento perfil deseable PRODEP desde 2010. Tiene la distinción “Senior Member” de la IEEE. En 2013 recibió la beca para las mujeres en la ciencia por parte de L’oreal-UNESCO-AMC-CONACYT-CONALMEX y en 2015 recibió el premio “Cátedra Marcos Moshinsky” por parte del Instituto de Física de la UNAM, la fundación Marcos Moshinsky y el CONACYT. Ha realizado diversas publicaciones en casas editoriales de reconocido prestigio internacional incluyendo ocho libros. Actualmente es editor de tópico del “Journal of Franklin Institute”, Editor técnico del ASME/IEEE Transactions on Mechatronics y Editor Asociado de: IEEE Transactions on Cybernetics, PeerJ Computer Sciences y del “Intelligent Automation & Soft Computing”, todas revistas indexadas en el JCR. Sus intereses de investigación son: modelado y control usando técnicas de inteligencia artificial, así como su aplicación a sistemas eléctrico, robóticos, mecatrónicos y biomédicos.
