El Dr. Jorge de Jesús Gálvez Rodríguez se tituló de la Licenciatura en Informática y de la Licenciatura en Ingeniería en Computación en la Universidad de Guadalajara. Obtuvo el título de Maestro y Doctor en Ciencias en Ingeniería Electrónica y Computación en la Universidad de Guadalajara. Sus proyectos de investigación abarcan: vehículos autónomos, fútbol robótico, robótica social, manejo inteligente de tráfico vehicular, entre otros. Actualmente es profesor del Centro Universitario de Ciencias Exactas e Ingenierías de la Universidad de Guadalajara.
