Dr. OMAR AVALOS ALVAREZ
Resumen curricular:
El Dr. Omar Avalos Alvarez obtuvo el grado de doctor en ciencias con orientación en control automático y sistemas inteligentes en la Universidad de Guadalajara. Cuenta con experiencia en la docencia en ingenierías y ha impartido en talleres sobre diversas áreas de la ingeniería. Forma parte del núcleo académico básico de la Maestría en cómputo aplicado que se oferta en el Centro Universitario de Ciencias Exactas e Ingenierías (CUCEI). Sus líneas de investigación son el cómputo evolutivo, procesamiento de imágenes, aprendizaje máquina, aplicaciones en energía. Los trabajos de investigación realizados por el Dr. Omar Avalos Alvarez y en colaboración se reportan en 18 artículos científicos nacionales e internacionales. Actualmente es profesor de asignatura en la división de electrónica y computación del Centro Universitario de Ciencias Exactas e Ingenierías (CUCEI)
