El Dr. Carlos Alberto Villaseñor Padilla es profesor del Centro Universitario de Ciencias Exactas e Ingenierías de la Universidad de Guadalajara. Es Ingeniero industrial, Maestro en Ciencias en Ingeniería Electrónica y Coimputación; y Doctor en Ciencias de la Electrónica y la Computación. Es miembro del Sistema Nacional de Investigadores nivel 1, con 12 artículos JCR, 7 memorias de congreso y 4 capítulos de libros.
