Resumen curricular:
La Dra. Ma. Refugio Torres Vitela es profesora investigadora del Centro Universitario de Ciencias Exactas e Ingenierías de la Universidad de Guadalajara. Es Química Farmacobiologa con especialidad en Microbiologia Sanitaria, Maestría en Microbiologia e Higiene de los Alimentos y Doctorado en Ciencias de la Salud con orientación en Ciencias Biomedicas. Es miembro del Sistema Nacional de Investigadores nivel 2, cuenta con 60 publicaciones JCR, ademas de 17 libros y 21 capitulos de libro publicados.Premios a la vinculación y al mejor trabajo de investigación en foros nacionales e internacionales. Lineas de Investigación vigentes , Microbiologia , toxicologia e Inocuidad de Alimentos.
