Resumen curricular:
La Dra. María Guadalupe Lomelí Ramírez es profesora investigadora del Madera, Celulosa y Papel perteneciente al Centro Universitario de Ciencias Exactas e Ingenierías de la Universidad de Guadalajara. Es Bióloga y Maestra en Ciencia de Productos Forestales por la Universidad de Guadalajara. Doutor em Engenharia Florestal por la Universidade Federal do Paraná, Brasil. Es Miembro del Sistema Nacional de Investigadores nivel I y tiene un índice h de 13. Cuenta con 54 artículos JCR, un libro, varios capítulos de libro y una patente Internacional. Participa en Redes de Investigación Internacionales sobre nanotecnología. Sus líneas de Investigación son el desarrollo y caracterización de biomateriales compuestos, nanotecnología de polímeros, síntesis y caracterización de sistemas poliméricos y el biodeterioro y preservación natural de la madera.
