Resumen curricular:

José Alberto Gutiérrez-Robles received his BSEE and MSc Degrees from CUCEI-Universidad de Guadalajara in 1993 and 1998, respectively. He received his Ph.D. degree from Cinvestav, Guadalajara Campus, Mexico, in 2002. He is currently a full professor at the Department of Mathematics, CUCEI, University of Guadalajara, México. His research interests are in applied mathematics, Power System Electromagnetic Transients and Lightning Performance.
