Resumen curricular:

Obtuvo el título Doctor en Ingeniería Eléctrica por Centro de Investigación y Estudios Avanzados (CINVESTAV) 2003. Fue investigador asociado en la Universidad de Wisconsin-Madison (2001) y investigador asociado en el verano en las universidades: Colegio Imperial de Londres (2009) y en la Universidad de Ciencias Aplicadas de Zurich (2017 y 2018). Actualmente es Profesor-Investigador en los posgrados de Ingeniería eléctrica, computo inteligente y ciencia de datos de la Universidad de Guadalajara. Es investigador nacional nivel 2 y profesor certificado por la secretaria de educación en PRODEP en México
